Hats off to our female chefs With only 17% of female chefs nationwide, 100% of ours are! A void in the kitchen that Britain’s been missing, we’re proud to have a female Head, Sous, Comi & Patissere Chef (& Pot Washer) who shine to make up the stars in Michelin!
